About The Job

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Therapy Radiographer/Registered Nurse to join our Radiotherapy department at The Christie Hospital. This exciting opportunity will involve working as an Enhanced Clinical Practitioner, coordinating and promoting continuity of care for radiotherapy patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating patient care and ensuring the patient knows who to access for information and advice.
  • Acting as a co-ordinator and providing care for acutely unwell patients, requiring admission within scope of practice.
  • Working as an independent non-medical prescriber, once qualification has been achieved.
Requirements
  • HCPC or NMC Registration.
  • Evidence of expertise in Cancer Care and radiotherapy.
  • Evidence of active role in the setting and maintenance of quality standards.
Salary

This is a Band 7 position, with a salary of £41,000 - £56,958 per annum (subject to experience and qualifications).
