Job Title: Creative Director, EMEA Visual Content

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to lead our EMEA visual content team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic creative vision that drives business growth and delivers exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a creative strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives
  • Lead a team of creatives to produce high-quality visual content that meets the needs of our customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of creative projects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging
  • Mentor and develop the skills of team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in visual communications or advertising industries
  • 6+ years of experience in a people management role
  • Proven track record in mentoring and development of creatives and/or creative managers
  • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate strategy and the performance of the team
  • Experience in art directing, managing, and producing shoots on a global scale
  • Experience in video production
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision to accomplish goals and handle tasks with frequent interruptions
  • Ability to work well under pressure, independently, and multi-task on a variety of projects
  • Full working proficiency in English writing and reading
  • Additional language skills in German, Arabic, Spanish, and/or French a plus
