**Church Overview**

We are a vibrant community of Christians in the Church of England, seeking to serve and make a positive impact in our local area. Our churches are situated in the picturesque towns of Westerham and Crockham Hill, surrounded by beautiful countryside and steeped in history.

We are now seeking an Associate Minister to join our team and help shape the life and vision of our new Benefice.

**Job Description:**

This is a part-time role, working approximately 20 hours per week. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will have a passion for rural ministry and be able to work collaboratively with others to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sharing leadership of regular, occasional and seasonal services in both parishes
  • Helping to develop and lead new forms of worship as we discern God's vision for the Benefice together
  • Participating in our work with local schools
  • Engaging in pastoral care and with mission partners locally and beyond the Benefice, as we reflect Christ's love in our service to community and world
