Rural Ministry Support Assistant

**About Us**
We are a community of people in the Church of England seeking an Associate Minister to support our rural ministry. This is an exciting time for both our churches as we seek God's leading in becoming an ever-greater blessing to the communities around us.
We believe that Church is not just something attended on a Sunday; Church is a community of people coming together to worship God, sharing their gifts and abilities to encourage each other as they seek to make God known in the world and to live out their faith seven days a week.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sharing leadership of regular, occasional and seasonal services in both parishes
- Helping to develop and lead new forms of worship as we discern God's vision for the Benefice together
- Participating in our work with local schools
- Engaging in pastoral care and with mission partners locally and beyond the Benefice, as we reflect Christ's love in our service to community and world
Requirements:
- A heart for rural and small-town ministry
- Ability to establish a healthy rhythm of life due to part-time nature of the role
- Respect for the role and ability to work collaboratively with others
