Job Overview

This role involves working within the Early Intervention Framework to engage with young people, developing positive relationships that encourage and empower them.

You will play a key mentoring role, assisting young people to achieve their goals by providing support and guidance.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting Youth Zone staff to provide a welcoming environment for young people
  • Engaging with young people in a way that fosters trust and respect
  • Offering one-on-one mentoring support to a small group of young people
  • Contribution to general cleaning and tidying of Youth Zone facilities
  • Driving or supporting bus trips from local schools to Youth Zone
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $70,000, commensurate with experience.

A National Police Check and Working With Children's Check are also required.
