VWA (Victoria Wall Associates) is a boutique recruitment consultancy seeking an ambitious and highly communicative individual to join our Permanent Division as an Associate Recruitment Consultant.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in a commercial and people-focused environment. As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for various tasks, including:
- Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the team, including sending compliance documents, formatting CVs, and conducting Microsoft Office assessments.
- Candidate Sourcing: Sourcing candidates through responding to applications and active searching on recruitment job boards.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Managing candidate relationships throughout the registration process, including conducting telephone screening calls and competency-based interviews.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research and analysis as required to support the recruitment process.
- Other Tasks: Performing other tasks as required to support the team and the recruitment process.
About You
- You will ideally hold some existing administrative or customer service experience.
- You will have some experience with Microsoft Office, IT programs, or databases.
- You will have a strong attention to detail and an efficient approach to work.
- You will have a warm and approachable manner, with a natural ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- You will have a team-working and commercial mindset, with a desire to develop your skills in a commercial and people-focused environment.
Additional Details
- Core hours are 9am - 5.30pm, with flexibility to work beyond these hours if required.
- The company operates a hybrid working structure (3 days office-based) however the successful candidate will be fully office-based while onboarding into the role.
- Competitive base salary up to 35K depending on relevant experience (in business development, account management or sales), and eventual participation in commission scheme and discretionary bonus.
