Main Responsibilities:

  2. Develop, deliver, and review comprehensive treatment programs using appropriate frameworks in line with evidence-based practice.">
  3. Conduct assessments and interventions according to care clusters and identified service users' needs.">
  4. Manage risk for service users with complex needs and carers by collaborating with other resources.">

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification in Mental Health Nursing, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy.">
  • Evidence of personal and professional development post-qualification.">
  • Experience in working in a community team is desirable but not essential.">

Salary:

The salary for this position is £42,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience.
