Job Overview

Grant Thornton is seeking a highly skilled Financial Modelling Assistant Manager to join our Deals & Business Consulting team. As a key member of our financial modelling capability, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality financial models and tools to clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models using advanced Excel techniques
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Review and improve the work of junior team members, ensuring technical excellence and brand compliance
  • Communicate complex financial information to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Contribute to the development of new models and tools, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial modelling, preferably in a Big 4 or similar environment
  • Strong Excel skills, including advanced techniques and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • ACA or CA qualified, or equivalent
