Job Summary

The Customer Retention Specialist will play a critical role in retaining existing customers and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of customers, building meaningful relationships, and ensuring their needs are met. The role also involves managing group accounts, updating the group account bible, and conducting group customer meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Focusing on account retention through effective call cycles and liaison with BDEs
  • Managing group accounts and updating the group account bible
  • Conducting group customer meetings and follow up on identified accounts

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong understanding of customer management principles.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual who can demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of customer management principles
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proven track record of account management and customer retention
