We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team, providing care and support for adults with learning disabilities and autism in a community setting. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals' lives.
About the Opportunity- Supporting individuals in their daily lives, promoting independence and choice.
- Working regular weekday shifts (37.5 hours per week) from 10:00 to 17:30, offering a stable work environment.
- Opportunities for part-time and full-time roles, suiting diverse career objectives.
Occasional weekend work is required, with an enhanced rate applied. A manual driving licence is necessary for transporting individuals within the community.
Main Responsibilities- Delivering personalized care and support tailored to each individual's needs and preferences.
- Collaborating with individuals to identify and achieve goals, promoting choice and control over their lives.
- Assisting with everyday tasks, including personal care, to maintain a high level of dignity and well-being.
- Engaging in a range of activities that promote a healthy, balanced, and fulfilling lifestyle.
£11.85 per hour (plus 10% for weekend work)
Estimated salary range: £23,568 - £31,395 per annum (based on 37.5 hours per week)
