We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Paediatric Dietitian to join our Community Team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dietetic advice and care to Paediatric patients and their families in the community.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be involved in managing a caseload of Paediatric patients, including group education sessions, one-to-one consultations, and working with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based dietetic advice and care to Paediatric patients and their families in the community
