Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Learning and Development Partner to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive meaningful change and contribute to our business development strategy.

About the Role

This role involves delivering high-level client engagement with program design, delivery, and business development. As a Strategic Learning and Development Partner, you will act as a trusted partner to our clients, identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and building new client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shaping change and creating impactful learning programs
  • Overseeing the entire program lifecycle from design to evaluation
  • Actively seeking ways to grow client relationships and secure new business
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in L&D and OD expertise
  • Capability of project leadership and business development skills
  • Coaching accreditation preferred; digital learning platform experience is a plus
