Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Goodyear. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving business objectives in your designated sales territory while following our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and market expansion in your assigned territory
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and customers
- Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement approved service solutions
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in a similar industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
