Job Description
This Clinical Specialist will play a pivotal role in promoting the Company's clinical services and solutions, fostering strategic partnerships with the NHS to ensure quicker access to transanal irrigation (TAI). Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with target accounts to enhance partnerships with the Company.
- Providing expert information, training, and advice to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Delivering education and training on the use of the Company's bowel management products.
- Maintaining professional portfolios and staying abreast of clinical developments within the specialty.
- Ensuring compliance with CQC registration and clinical governance requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this position, candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years' experience as a registered General Nurse with a current NMC pin, or be a qualified Physiotherapist or Clinical Scientist holding a professional governing body. Additionally, they should have strong clinical and commercial acumen, previous experience in implementing strategic project work, account management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
