We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team in the Paediatrics department at Northumbria Healthcare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to infants and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate care needs, ensuring the delivery of family-centred care to Neonates and their families.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver nursing care.
- Develop and maintain clinical skills, staying up-to-date with current professional nursing issues.
- Contribute to a supportive and cohesive team environment, promoting staff development and education.
