Nurse Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team at Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a member of our nurse-led level 1 Special Care Baby Unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a close-knit team focused on providing exceptional care to our families and babies.
As a Band 5 nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality nursing care is coordinated and delivered using a family-focused model of practice. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide smooth and efficient patient care, and be clinically competent in your role.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients and families
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide smooth and efficient patient care
- Be clinically competent in your role and take responsibility for your own professional development
- Participate in staff development and education programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- 1st Level live NMC registered Nurse
- Evidence of qualification to undertake the supervision, teaching, and assessing of students
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
We offer a competitive salary of £29,970 to £36,483 per annum, pro rata, and a permanent contract. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development and education.
