About the Role

As a Luxury Fashion Ecommerce Director at Four Seasons, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. Your primary focus will be on coordinating all marketing and e-commerce activities while ensuring consistent and engaging brand messaging across all channels.

About the Team

You will work closely with the senior team to oversee all aspects of the brand's digital presence, from social media to e-commerce operations. This includes managing the Shopify platform, ensuring all product listings, collections, and inventory are accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Marketing: Develop and implement strategies for paid and organic digital campaigns, collaborating with external agencies and internal teams to ensure alignment with the brand's goals.
  • E-Commerce Operations: Supervise the timely fulfilment of online orders and address customer queries efficiently.
