Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Leadership and Management Specialist to join our team in Kendal, Cumbria. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a Supported Living project, ensuring the safe delivery of services to adults with learning disabilities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services
- Drive customer goals, outcomes, and aspirations
- Promote the rights of each customer
Requirements:
- Qualification in Leadership and Management (Level 5 or above)
- Experience in Learning Disability services
- Strong leadership and management skills
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £28,574 - £30,066.40 per annum pro rata + benefits
- Holiday entitlement: 33 days per year (including bank holidays)
