About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Loughton. As a Service Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer care by informing and consulting on vehicle servicing, keeping customers up-to-date at every stage, and answering any questions or queries they may have.

You will also liaise with technicians and workshop control to ensure vehicles are ready on time and provide the best advice on our products and services to our customers.

This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. You will take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport, and identify exactly what our customers want and need.

Mercedes-Benz Service Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns, which can typically include weekends, to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About You

We are looking for individuals with a willingness to learn and progress. Training is provided through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and outstanding manufacturer courses run by Mercedes-Benz to support your career.

Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, along with good attention to detail. A strong customer service background would be beneficial as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment.

Working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous, but not essential.
