About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Loughton. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless communication between our customers and the workshop. Your primary responsibility will be to inform and consult with customers on vehicle servicing, providing them with expert advice and keeping them updated at every stage. You will also be responsible for liaising with technicians and workshop control to ensure vehicles are ready on time, and for providing customers with the best advice on our products and services.
About You
We welcome applications from individuals with a willingness to learn and progress, regardless of previous experience. Our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and outstanding manufacturer courses will provide you with the necessary training to excel in this role. Ideally, you will possess excellent organisational and administrative skills, along with good attention to detail. A strong customer service background is beneficial, as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of Kerridge is advantageous but not essential.
