We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Events and Hospitality Executive to join our team at Sedulo Group. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class events and providing exceptional hospitality to our clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities- Plan and execute events, working closely with our marketing team to ensure seamless delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers and businesses to create links between Sedulo Group and the wider community.
- Respond to hospitality and events requests from our senior management team and Heads of Departments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting every person with a warm welcome and building rapport.
- Manage food and beverage operations, including maintaining stock levels and planning catering for special events.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and health and safety are upheld.
- Collaborate with our People & Culture team, marketing team, and Social Media team to develop ideas for future team socials and wellbeing initiatives.
- Conceive and suggest new ideas for events and hospitality initiatives.
- An enthusiastic and friendly personality with a passion for the hospitality and events industry.
- Previous experience in bar, restaurant, hotel, or events is essential.
- Project management skills and confidence in delegating tasks.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
