About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Hospitality and Events Executive to join our team at Sedulo Group Limited. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional events and hospitality experiences for our clients and colleagues.

As a Hospitality and Events Executive, you will work closely with our marketing team to plan and execute events that showcase our company's expertise and build strong relationships with our clients. You will also be responsible for managing our office's hospitality and events operations, including catering, events planning, and logistics.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute events that meet our company's objectives and exceed client expectations.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement event strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Manage our office's hospitality and events operations, including catering, events planning, and logistics.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers and businesses to create links between Sedulo and the wider community.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and colleagues, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and concepts for events and hospitality, ensuring that they are aligned with our company's objectives and values.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in events management, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation, with the ability to create engaging content for our events and hospitality operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to create professional documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
