This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Learning Support (Education) staff member to join our team and contribute to the academic success of our students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD).


About the Role


As a Learning Support (Education) staff member, your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized support to students with diverse needs, enhancing their academic, social, and emotional development.


Key Responsibilities



  • Support high-quality teaching and learning by collaborating with teachers and other support staff
  • Assist students with their academic work, including preparing materials and resources as needed
  • Help students develop essential life skills, such as time management, organization, and self-advocacy
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders

Salary and Benefits


We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
