Job Summary

  • We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join our team as a Support Manager in our Supported Living Homes in South Oxfordshire.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support that improves the daily lives of our service users.

Key Responsibilities

  • You'll be responsible for managing a team of support staff and ensuring they receive the training and resources they need to deliver exceptional care.
  • You'll work closely with our clinical team to develop and implement person-centered plans that meet the unique needs of each service user.
  • You'll ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain high standards of record-keeping and reporting.

Requirements

  • A valid full UK manual driving license is essential.
  • You must have a QCF in Health & Social Care Level 5 Diploma (or equivalent) and demonstrate reasonable knowledge of regulatory standards for supported/residential living.
  • Proven experience of working with people with autism and learning disabilities is a must.
