SeeAbility is seeking an exceptional Support Services Manager to oversee the management of our Supported Living Homes in South Oxfordshire. This role requires a dedicated individual with a passion for delivering high-quality support and personalisation.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will possess a QCF Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent, along with relevant experience in supported living.
  • A valid driving license and ability to travel independently are essential, as well as flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • An understanding of learning disabilities, autism, and CQC standards is crucial for this position.
