About Kolae

Kolae is a new Thai restaurant from the team behind som saa, offering exceptional Thai cuisine using the best of British and Thai produce.

Our menu features grilled dishes, especially Southern Thai style grilled kolae chicken, as well as grilled and raw seafood, salads, nam phrik relishes, and a regularly changing selection of stir fries and small plates.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Host/Hostess to join our team at Kolae. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for learning about our unique food, getting to know our wine and cocktail lists, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn about our menu and wine list
  • Take reservations and plan event reservations
  • Greet guests and provide a warm welcome
  • Answer emails and respond to customer inquiries
  • Work with the team to ensure a unique and enjoyable experience for guests
Requirements

Previous restaurant experience as a host or receptionist is preferred. A valid passport or visa is required.
