Job Title: Host/Hostess

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Host/Hostess to join our team at The Londoner, a 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of London. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Escort guests to their tables in an elegant and professional manner
  • Assist with coats and bags as required
  • Take a disciplined approach to table return times
  • Communicate effectively with Floor Managers to ensure smooth table turnovers
  • Be competent with IT applications such as Open table, Adecco, and Micros
Requirements:
  • Previous experience of working in a high-end food led operation as a host or hostess
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
  • Impeccable command of English both written and spoken
  • A passion for food and beverage and the desire to keep up to date with the latest food trends
