DS Projects Ltd is seeking to expand its team with a skilled Bricklayer / Multi-Skilled Tradesperson. The ideal candidate will have experience in domestic and commercial building works and property maintenance.

The Role

As a Bricklayer / Multi-Skilled Tradesperson, you will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of domestic and commercial building works and property maintenance. This includes, but is not limited to, laying bricks, blocks, and other types of masonry materials according to specifications, performing drainage works, and collaborating with other construction professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lay bricks, blocks, and other types of masonry materials according to specifications.
  • Perform drainage works.
  • Collaborate with other construction professionals, including Joiners, to complete projects efficiently.
  • Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license.
  • Knowledge of methods and materials.
  • Ability to work at heights.
  • Awareness of health and safety regulations.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bricklaying or masonry work.
  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools related to masonry tasks.
  • Strong physical stamina to perform manual tasks for extended periods.
  • Knowledge of construction safety practices.
