We are seeking a skilled and motivated sales professional to join our team as an Automotive Sales Consultant.

As part of the Marshall Motor Group, one of the UK's largest car dealer groups, you will have the opportunity to work with 23 leading brands across 141 dealerships in 34 counties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, converting interactions into vehicle, finance, and insurance sales. We offer comprehensive training in sales processes, FCA compliance, and manufacturer-specific knowledge to ensure you are always up-to-date and equipped to support your customers effectively.

You will need to have a keen interest in the motor industry and a strong desire for a successful sales career. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service as the face of both Marshall and the vehicle brand
  • Achieving individual sales targets by fully exploring and satisfying customer needs for finance and insurance products and optional extras
  • Adhering to Marshall and industry regulations relating to the sale of vehicles, finance, and insurance

Our salary package includes a basic salary of £20,000 plus an uncapped OTE of £40,000, making this a lucrative opportunity for the right candidate. You will also receive a company car and a range of benefits, including 25 days' annual leave, life assurance, pension scheme, wellbeing support, and employee discounts.
