Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Elderly Care Specialist to join our team at the Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust. As a Stroke Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to patients with complex needs.

About the Role

  • Salary: £99,532 – £131,964
  • Contract Length: 12 – 24 months
  • Shift Type: Full-time/Permanent/Locum Fixed Term

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide rehabilitation services to patients after illness, utilizing a comprehensive knowledge of physical treatments, adaptations, and aids.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.

Requirements

  • Holder of Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT)
  • Membership with the relevant Royal College for Physicians
  • Full GMC registration or Eligible
