About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Debt Solutions Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients who are struggling with debt.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their financial circumstances and provide tailored debt solutions
  • Work closely with clients to create a sustainable budget and provide ongoing support
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the highest level of service
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of debt management and financial wellbeing
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
