Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to join our team at Wincanton Logistics Careers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all stocks and related systems on site.

In this role, you will be part of the Operations Support Team, reporting directly to the Stock & Systems Manager. Your primary objective will be to manage Pick Face, monitor Inventory Mail email box, block/unblock Nestle products, and liaise with customers and hauliers regarding stock issues. You will also be responsible for manual stock checking, PI counting, report writing, and analysis with suggestions for corrective actions/improvements. Additionally, you will need to reconcile stock between EWM, SAP, and Manhattan 2020 systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing Pick Face e.g. moving products in/out of pick face, discontinued stock/new products.
  • Monitoring Inventory Mail email box.
  • Blocking/Unblocking of Nestle products, before adding to the Nestle block stock report.
  • Daily liaison with customer and hauliers regarding stock issues both verbal and written communications.
  • Manual stock checking and PI counting.
  • Report writing and relevant analysis with suggestions for corrective actions / improvements.
  • Stock reconciliation between EWM, SAP and Manhattan 2020 systems.
