Brook Street UK Careers is seeking a skilled Laundry Technician to join our team in Newtownabbey. As a key member of our medical equipment service centre, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control.

Your main responsibilities will include cleaning a variety of medical products, such as hospital beds, dynamic/static mattresses, and spare parts from medical equipment. You will also be required to adhere to our Infection Control Policy (QSP20) and ensure the proper use of cleaning materials, chemicals, procedures, and equipment.

In addition to these duties, you will be responsible for properly disposing of waste and clinical waste in accordance with company policies. You will also perform regular equipment checks, including weekly temperature checks on washing machines, and report any faults immediately.
