About the Job:
Reactive Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.

Job Description:
As a Production Specialist, you will work closely with our production operators and shift supervisors to ensure that production goals are met and quality standards are upheld. You will provide technical support to troubleshoot and repair production machinery in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Work on shift with a small team of production operators and the shift supervisor
2. Offer technical support to ensure production goals are met and quality standards are upheld
3. Communicate effectively with other departments regarding current or potential issues that could affect equipment uptime or quality
4. Use your technical expertise, troubleshooting abilities, and engineering skills to reduce downtime and repair production machinery

Requirements:
• A recognized 3rd level qualification in an engineering discipline
• Relevant experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role
• Expertise in fault diagnosis and repair of mechanical/pneumatic systems
• Capacity to learn and adapt swiftly in a fast-moving environment
