We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Henderson Group. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all food products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and legality.

About the Role:

  • Perform quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with HACCP and GMP standards.
  • Monitor and investigate supplier performance to prevent non-conformances.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement new product specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Benchmark product standards against market equivalents.

Requirements:

  • A relevant food-related third-level qualification is essential.
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene certification is required.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and hygiene standards is necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Excellent organisational skills and self-motivation are essential.
