Role Overview
In a fast-paced production environment, we are seeking a reliable Manufacturing Specialist to join our team in Newtownabbey, United Kingdom. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in operating machinery and assembling products to work in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate machinery and equipment.
  • Assemble products according to company specifications.
  • Perform quality checks on finished products and report defects.
  • Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Assist with stock management and packing of products.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet production targets.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Physical fitness for manual handling tasks.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.

Estimated Salary Range: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus shift allowances and benefits.
