Job Title: Healthcare Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality home care services in the West Midlands. This role involves conducting client assessments, managing care plans, and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review personalized care plans for clients.
  • Liaise with operational teams regarding performance issues and training needs.
  • Ensure services meet CQC standards through audits and accurate record-keeping.
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES TO ADDRESS CONCERNS AND UPDATE CARE NEEDS.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Experience in a supervisory/management role within health and social care.
  • PASSION FOR DELIVERING HIGH-QUALITY CARE, EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION, AND ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel using own car.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £27,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
  • Remote/field-based role.
  • Working hours – 9am-5:30 pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility over weekends/evenings.
  • Mileage paid at 45p per mile.
  • Annual leave – 25 days plus bank holidays.
