Business Development Opportunity:
We are seeking a Business Development Director to join our team at Isca Recruitment. As a key member of our business development department, you will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities and supporting the growth of our firm.

The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified with recent experience in a UK accountancy practice. They will possess strong leadership and team management skills, a solid understanding of UK accounting standards and tax regulations, and a proactive approach to tax planning and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support the growth of our firm.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering strategic advice to support their business growth.
- Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff members.
- Manage client expectations, ensuring deadlines are met, and high standards of service are consistently maintained.
