Regional Business Development Representative

Dee Set's Tactical Solutions is an exciting and dynamic company looking for a talented Regional Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for visiting the top 4 grocery retailers, developing strong relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating distribution and maximum availability for various brands.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or a background in convenience or retail, thrive working unaided and as part of a team, and possess excellent communication skills. With a competitive salary of around £42,000 to £52,000 per annum, depending on experience, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth and success while enjoying a range of benefits including Company Car + Fuel Card, Tablet, phone, Incentive scheme, Pension, Life Assurance, 30 days holiday, and Healthshield Care Plan.
