**Regional Business Consultant - South**:
Our client offers prestige Skincare and Spa Treatments excellence in beauty institutions and spas across the world. The brand brings new solutions to the changing world of beauty. In each of their innovations, they pursue the idea of responsible beauty that respects the skin and the environment. The Regional Business Consultant - South will drive the development of existing salon partners and research, qualifying, presenting, and winning new salon accounts within the given territory. The position is for the South of the country, reporting to the UK Country Manager.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Grow the sales in salon accounts and ensure the target is met/exceeded each month.
- Collate all orders from each of the salon accounts within the given territory and communicate these to our offices in Hythe.
- Prospect new salon business, working closely with the UK Country Manager
- Develop a strong understanding of the Sothys brand, customer needs, and competition.
- Always represent the company to the highest level, according to company expectations.
- Communicate new product launches, promotions, formulation changes, and key marketing activities to all accounts
- Build strong professional relationships with the existing salon accounts.
- Understand the accounts businesses and propose strategic plans together to grow their Sothys business through core promotional activities.
- Manage the account’s stock levels and develop sell-out strategies.
- Establish and maintain the brand’s standards through visual merchandising and ensuring updated materials are being utilised
- Manage own diary efficiently, to achieve key sales objectives of the role and needs of the business.
- Support and be the main point of contact with each account

- Salary Range: From £36,000 - dependent on experience
- Essential Qualifications: GCSE, and/or equivalent, Beauty Therapy (not essential)
- Essential Experience: -Salon/Spa sales experience and Salon/Spa supplier representative
