About the Role: Families Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Families Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the spiritual development of families within our church community.

**About Us:** Growing Young Disciples is a medium-sized, growing church with a warm family feel in a community setting. Our vision is for people to believe, belong, and grow in Jesus.

**Salary:** £20,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience

As a Families Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to support the spiritual development of families within our church community. This will involve developing and delivering programs to support family discipleship, working closely with parents and carers to provide pastoral support, and collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of programs.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:*** 1+ year's experience in family ministry or a related field* Strong interpersonal and communication skills* Ability to work collaboratively with others* Passion for working with families* Relevant qualifications in theology or a related field* First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
