We are LRA Search, a leading recruitment agency specialising in luxury and private sector roles. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Luxury Family Office Assistant to join our client's team in Central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements for a high-net-worth family, ensuring seamless and efficient planning of their personal trips.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and book flights, accommodation, and transportation for the family's personal trips.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries, information packs, and required paperwork.
  • Cater to personal travel preferences, including arranging additional staff (e.g., housekeeper, chef) and pre-trip shopping.
  • Track travel expenses, oversee invoices, and ensure cost-effective booking.
  • Maintain updated travel diaries and ensure prompt communication of schedule changes.
  • Arrange guest accommodations and prepare invitations and activity guides for family and friends.
What You'll Need
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or an equivalent background.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working with UHNW clients is highly desirable.
What We Offer
  • Salary of £45,000
  • 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends 'on call' whilst family is travelling
  • Office based in Central London 5 days per week
