Healthcare Support Worker

Job Summary
">As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver essential clinical and personal care. You will ensure that service users' needs are met and assist the team in maintaining high standards of care delivery.
Key Duties
- Promote people to live safely and confidently at home, working with the team.
- Providing practical, personal, and intimate care while maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety.
- Assisting individuals in working on outcome-focused goals to enable them to relearn or develop new skills and abilities required for daily living.
Essential Qualifications
- GCSE level Pass or equivalent in Maths and English.
- Care Certificate.
Desirable Experience
- Experience of working with people, their families, and carers who may be going through challenging experiences or difficult situations.
- Practical experience of motivating people encouraging independence.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is £20,500 - £25,000 depending on experience. This permanent part-time position offers a 21-hour workweek with a shift pattern of 7am-1pm, four days on, four days off.
