About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have some experience of caring for older people, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through as you work closely with residents and their families to deliver exceptional care.
