Job Title: FP&A Manager

Forge Talent is partnering with a well-known brand to recruit a Commercially minded FP&A Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute, qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) to join a growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.

We are looking for someone with a strong personality who is confident in challenging up and down the chain, eager to make an impact, and ready to step into a hands-on managerial role or make a lateral move into a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow models to support business integration.
  • Partner with operations, sales, and marketing teams to provide commercial finance support, ensuring the financial viability of strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to assess potential business outcomes and their financial implications.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide insights into business performance to drive growth and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the annual business planning and budgeting process, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Develop and update multi-year financial plans, incorporating business drivers and market conditions.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, using data to drive informed decisions.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the Junior Commercial Finance Analyst, fostering growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Fully qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA accountant.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of presenting financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
  • A proactive finance professional who is eager to make a tangible impact within a growing business.
