Job Summary

The Growth Company is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for driving the forecasting and budgeting processes across assigned Business Units, delivering comprehensive financial analysis and insights to the Senior Management Team and Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement financial systems and processes tailored to meet GC's evolving business needs.
* Ensure timely and accurate preparation of GC financial budgets, forecasts, and other appropriate financial management information to support and challenge the Business Unit's SMT and MD.
* Conduct comprehensive financial modelling for tenders, commercial opportunities, and grant claims to facilitate informed decision-making.
* Work with the Finance Reporting team to ensure effective collaboration on management accounts and the company's cash flow.

Requirements

* Significant experience in finance with at least 2 years' experience within F. P & A or a similar finance function.
* Financial analysis and reporting.
* Developing financial models for analysis and review.
* Experience in robust and meaningful financial analysis.
* Hold a recognised accounting qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) or be qualified by experience.
* Understanding of Financial Reporting Standards and their application.
* Advanced Excel knowledge and application.
