This is an exciting opportunity to join AXIS Capital, a leading global provider of specialty lines insurance and reinsurance. As a Bordereaux Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of delegated risk, premium, and claims data within the Axis Global markets division.
Key Responsibilities- Support the tracking and processing of all Bordereaux/Aggregation information received by Axis, ensuring that terms and conditions within binding authority agreements are maintained.
- Oversee the transition and processing of bordereaux into the VIPR system via Axis's outsourced partners.
- Act as a key contact to resolve issues that prevent the processing of Bordereaux within agreed timelines.
- Resolve role-related queries from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with managing and overseeing the Bordereaux diary management system.
- Ensure process and training documentation in relation to Bordereaux Management Procedures is kept up to date.
- Produce suitable MI around bordereaux data and other Cover holder/Binder reporting when required for internal stakeholders.
- Liaise directly with Underwriters, Brokers, and Cover holders ensuring Axis's value of courtesy is demonstrated.
We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive individual with prior experience of providing insurance administrative support. You should be able to apply your analytical experience to datasets, display a positive attitude, and a proactive approach to any deficiencies or challenges encountered.
You will be able to self-start own tasks, independently manage and balance workloads, identify prioritizations, and adapt as necessary. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both face-to-face and over the telephone are essential.
Able to apply your own knowledge, work independently, and as part of a team, you should display a strong customer service ethic, ensuring good relationships are maintained both internally and externally.
