This is an exciting opportunity to join AXIS Capital, a leading global provider of specialty lines insurance and reinsurance, as a Bordereaux Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our risk, premium, and claims data.
Key Responsibilities- Support the tracking and processing of all Bordereaux/Aggregation information received by AXIS, ensuring that terms and conditions are maintained and data is handled and processed consistently.
- Oversee the transition and processing of bordereaux into the VIPR system via our outsourced partners.
- Act as a key contact to resolve issues that prevent the processing of Bordereaux within agreed timelines.
- Resolve role-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with managing and overseeing the Bordereaux diary management system.
- Ensure process and training documentation is kept up to date.
- Produce suitable management information around bordereaux data and other Cover holder/Binder reporting when required for internal stakeholders.
- Liaise directly with Underwriters, Brokers, and Cover holders to demonstrate AXIS's value of courtesy.
- Ensure accurate, complete, and appropriate data is provided in accordance with AXIS's Data Policy.
We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive individual with prior experience in providing insurance administrative support. You should be able to apply your analytical skills to datasets, display a positive attitude, and adapt to any challenges encountered.
You will be able to self-start tasks, independently manage workloads, and prioritize tasks as necessary. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are essential, as well as a strong customer service ethic to maintain good relationships internally and externally.
