Bordereaux Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to join AXIS Capital, a leading global provider of specialty lines insurance and reinsurance. As a Bordereaux Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of delegated risk, premium, and claims data within the Axis Global markets division.
Key Responsibilities- Support the tracking and processing of all Bordereaux/Aggregation information received by Axis, ensuring that terms and conditions within binding authority agreements are maintained.
- Oversee the transition and processing of bordereaux into the VIPR system via Axis's outsourced partners.
- Act as a key contact to resolve issues that prevent the processing of Bordereaux within agreed timelines.
- Resolve role-related queries from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with managing and overseeing the Bordereaux diary management system.
- Ensure process and training documentation in relation to Bordereaux Management Procedures is kept up to date.
- Produce suitable MI around bordereaux data and other Cover holder/Binder reporting when required for internal stakeholders.
- Liaise directly with Underwriters, Brokers, and Cover holders ensuring Axis's value of courtesy is demonstrated.
We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive individual with prior experience in providing insurance administrative support. You should be able to apply your analytical experience to datasets, display a positive attitude, and a proactive approach to any deficiencies or challenges encountered.
You will be able to self-start own tasks, independently manage and balance workloads, identify prioritizations, and adapt as necessary. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both face-to-face and over the telephone are essential.
A strong customer service ethic is also required, ensuring good relationships are maintained both internally and externally. You will be able to apply your own knowledge, work independently, and as part of a team.
