We are seeking a skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join our team in NW London. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with tenants and client representatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants and client representatives
  • Maintain accurate records of ongoing activities
  • Standardize and enforce a consistent customer care approach
  • Act as the escalation contact for handling tenant complaints
  • Initiate, coordinate, and supervise Tenant-Customer-Resident relationships across multiple sites
